ProntoSIL HPLC Columns -- German Engineered Performance

ProntoSIL HPLC columns are designed to provide higher performance and longer column life.  An innovative multi-layered filter element, rather than the common stainless steel frit used by most manufacturers, provides a more efficient transport of sample to the column.  The result is superior chromatography and dramatically reduced occurrence of column plugging.

ProntoSIL columns are engineered to be environmentally friendly.  Specially designed refillable tubes and reusable end fittings allow you to recycle your columns saving up to 15% on your column replacement costs.

Choose ProntoSIL columns for German engineering at its best.

ProntoSIL technical information can be viewed on the website, downloaded in PDF format, and requested by US Mail.

Phase Optimization:  A New Approach to Method Development
A novel method development system that achieves isocratic separations on a single “optimized” column consisting of varying lengths of different bonded phases.  The system includes modeling software that guides the analyst to the correct mobile phase conditions and the optimum type and length of bonded phase segments to be combined.  Once the optimum column composition is determined, the appropriate bonded phase segments are assembled into a single column using a novel cartridge linking system.

This 11 page booklet contains ordering information for the entire line of ProntoSIL HPLC Columns including: ProntoSIL C18-EPS, ProntoSIL C30, an  ProntoPEARL Sub2 HPLC Columns.

Specifications, usage information, price list, bonded-phase examination, and three example separations of polar compound mixtures.

Specifications, usage information, price list and example separations of Tocopherol Isomers and Carotinoids.

Suggestions about how polar embedded phases can be used to improve the separation of mixtures of acids and bases. Illustrations describe several popular polar embedded phases and chromatograms show how these phases improve both selectivity and peak shape for mixtures of polar compounds.
