– With MAC-MOD Chiral Fluorinated columns, you generally do not want to use methylene chloride (DMSO), THF, chloroform, or methyl-tert-butyl ether (MTBE) – Note this applies to both the mobile phase and the sample diluent as the phase will be damaged or washed off of the silica particle
– All MAC-MOD Chiral Fluorinated Columns are only available in Normal Phase Solvents for HPLC or SFC use – Note: Reversed-Phase packed blended phases are not available
– All MAC-MOD Chiral Fluorinated Columns are scalable to Preparative and Semi-Preparative Sizes and larger particles are available for bulk purification upon request as well
