In the event it is necessary to return a product purchased from MAC-MOD Analytical, the process can be initiated by contacting us at 1-800-441-7508 or [email protected].
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund.
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date the product was received, and may require a restocking fee. In the event a product has been purchased through a third party supplier, that supplier must contact MAC-MOD for return authorization. Specially ordered products may not be able to be returned, or may require a restocking fee to be determined by MAC-MOD.
If a product is being returned because of performance issues, please contact MAC-MOD Analytical technical support at 1-800-441-7508 or [email protected]. We will attempt to correct the problem. If warranty replacement is justified, a return authorization number will be issued.
